A quick revision to the story:
Humans have a finicky relationship with 'Truth'. They love and desire it, yet hate and wish to twist it to make it something else. And thus they are the only creature that cannot always recognize what 'Truth' is. Magic cats guard 'Truth', and Kuroko and Kitten help their owner Kim, the leader of a local law enforcement agency, when situations arise and magic seeks to compensate for denials of 'Truth'.
